2.Mac: Cmd+Shift+4 → Bereich um den Kreis ziehen → Screenshot landet auf Desktop
3.iPhone (wenn du diese Page mobile öffnest): Power+Volume-Up → Screenshot in Fotos
4.Insta-App → Profil → Profilbild ändern → Aus Galerie wählen
5. Insta beschneidet automatisch zum Kreis — das Bild ist schon kreisförmig, also perfekter Fit
